About Irma Urzua
Unlike many agents in this industry, Irma Urzua didn’t have a parent or mentor guiding her through the twists and turns of the real estate business. Instead, she discovered at an early age the vital importance of creating generational wealth and dove in head first with her insatiable thirst for knowledge. Her precociousness paid off, earning her a reputation among friends and family as the go-to person for all things real estate. After nearly a decade of scrutinizing the market, Irma’s patience, straightforward communication, and knack for navigating complex contractual documents spread word of her talents to the surrounding community.
Irma grew up in Downey, a community still very close to her heart. It’s where she does a lot of her farming, along with Cerritos, Long Beach, and other nearby neighborhoods in the greater Los Angeles area. She honed her principles of teamwork, quick thinking, strategy, and communication on the basketball court as much as at the office. She even played at the collegiate level! But cheering fans don’t hold a candle to the thrill Irma feels when uniting people with their dream homes, especially those who believe their dreams are unattainable.
When not simplifying the real estate process for her clients, Irma can be found immersed in self care, whether working out, enjoying the California sunshine with a nature hike, perusing a new farmers market for vegan culinary creations, or nourishing her soul with a meditative sound bath. She also loves traveling and hitting the beach with her family.
