About Rey Ruaya
Rey Ruaya bought his own home in Santa Clarita in 2006 when he discovered he was intrigued by the buying process, eventually leading him to his career journey as a real estate agent. With a background as a physical therapist for over 20 years, he has crossed paths with many clients through the years and realized that his rapport skills translate to real estate. Within the health care field, there are high standards for ethics, which he brings with him in his real estate career. He ultimately chose to become licensed to help friends, family, and of course, clients, achieve the important investment of a place to call their own.
Rey knows that clients search for an agent who has an impressive skill set, is a good communicator, has good listening skills, is dedicated, attentive, trustworthy, and honest. He strives to be all of that and more, prioritizing his clients’ needs above all else. He understands that this mutual commitment between clients and agents should always exceed expectations.
When Rey isn’t working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and his 2-year-old son.
