About George Georgiev

Supported by insider knowledge accrued from working over 5 years in construction with a particular focus on fix-and-flip projects, George Georgiev loves helping first time buyers and seasoned investors alike achieve their real estate goals. A quadrilingual real estate pro (he speaks English, Spanish, Macedonian, and Armenian!), George wants to learn even more languages to further serve the diverse communities of the Greater Los Angeles area with his energetic, confident style.

From the age of 5 years, George grew up in Glendale. He attended college with a major in Architecture, but decided he’d rather apply himself to real life experience after achieving a solid understanding of design, drafting, and 3-D modeling. Because of his schooling, construction experience, and general knowledge, people often recognized him as a resource for real estate investment tips. Enjoying the ability to help people out, he decided he might as well make it official and handily secured his real estate license.

George loves learning even more about the city’s history and various housing markets, finding the chance to explore so many beautiful neighborhoods a bonus of his career choice. And while he also values every connection he makes, nothing fills him with more joy than bringing to life a property’s full potential.

With his constant thirst for knowledge and experience, George spends his free time traveling the world, taking in its beautiful countries and cultures. When at home, he enjoys a good barbecue with friends and family.
