As the old saying goes, third time's a charm. That was the case for me and my family in hiring the team of Janie and Henry Bruce as our real estate agents. We had been trying to sell our house since the summer of 2018, and throughout that time we went through 2 other real estate agents. And then we found Janie and Henry. Hiring them was the best decision we made because they made the seemingly impossible happen by selling our house within our desired price range. And working with Janie and Henry was truly a pleasure. They're consummate professionals who were always available to answer questions and provide help when needed. They worked extremely hard to sell our house, implementing strategies that proved to be successful. And that was just in terms of selling our house. They was also very helpful in finding us a new house, which we'll be moving into later this year. The bottom line is if you're looking for a real estate agent who will get the job done and is a pleasure to work with, than the team of Janie and Henry Bruce is the one you should hire.

Janie and her husband are such nice people. Very proactive and helpful in our purchase of our home. She always got back to us asap if we had any questions and or needed help with anything. They were patient even when it took us forever to make decisions. Even after closing escrow Janie has still been contacting us. A big part of the winning offer was financing arranged through Henry and Janie's connections to get us a pre-approval letter. Henry and Janie helped me with the purchase of a new unit in Leisure World, an active over 55 community just 1.5 miles from the beach in Seal Beach, CA but with some unique characteristics. From the start, Henry and Janie were extremely helpful in showing me units, arranging all the visits and helping me navigate my way around, and making several trips to visit units again before making an offer. They helped with advice on making the best offer and through the negotiation with advice on making counter-offers and handling everything professionally and with respect.
