About Nathan Heilbrun

You could say real estate is in Nathan Heilbrun’s blood. His father is a real estate broker, as was his father, and Nathan continues to maintain his family’s tradition of sterling quality of service to the Greater Los Angeles area while working closely with his brother and father.

Nathan consistently exhibits a raw determination, picking up his phone and calling whoever it takes to make a sensitive deal happen. He loves the concrete investment that property offers as well as the dynamism of an industry where anything from residences to rentals or renovations to developments could be on the schedule. He enjoys creatively carving out strategies that meet his clients’ needs on location, holding periods, asset types, and everything in between. Nathan firmly believes that real estate holds something for everyone.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Nathan returned in 2020 to call the area home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics while studying abroad at Bar Ilan University in Israel. Prioritizing an active lifestyle, he’s spent the last few years learning different kinds of dance with a focus on salsa and bachata and has a storied history of training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu amongst other styles of martial arts. In his free time, he likes to keep busy with DIY projects.
