Gevorg came to the United States in 1999, growing up in Hollywood before moving to the North Hollywood area. Loving everything to do with homes, he studied architecture in school before embarking on a career in construction in 2005 while balancing house flipping projects on the side. Having seen homes built from scratch, Gevorg holds a comprehensive understanding of quality in construction and passes his knowledge on to his clients to give them an upper hand whether buying or selling property.

Family and close friends are of the utmost importance to Gevorg, so he can often be found playing with his children in his free time. He also prioritizes an active lifestyle, particularly enjoying dancing or hitting the gym. Harboring a passion for classic cars, he owns a ‘66 Mustang. And he can’t resist the occasional poker game with friends!
