About Mike Tchakmakjian

With his history working in the medical field, Mike Tchakmakjian developed a bedside manner that smooths the pathway for countless homebuyers and sellers. He loves to help families find the perfect home; especially that magic moment when they step inside for the first time, take a look around, and recognize that “this is the one.” With his natural sense of empathy and mixed ethnicity, he’s found it easy to find common ground and build rapport with virtually anybody: clients, vendors, other agents, you name it. Combined with his loyalty, reliability, and knowledge, Mike has built a solid reputation for keeping all parties smiling while elevating clients to their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Glendale, Mike has spent considerable time getting to know LA’s diverse housing market. He moved along with his wife to Granada Hills in 2018. With a pre-med declaration, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Science before entering a successful career in the medical field. However, having always harbored a keen interest in real estate, Mike recognized how his amiable personality and commitment to knowledge could help people not just stay healthy but build generational wealth. So, with a mission in his heart, he handily achieved his real estate license.

In his free time, Mike cherishes spending time with his amazing wife and two little boys, cooking, reading, watching movies, and learning as many new things as he possibly can.
