Over the course of almost a year we worked with John to find a home in the very competitive LA area. From the very beginning and more importantly through to the end he was very quick to respond to any of our questions and always helpfully sending us new postings and offering advice on the best tactic to take that fit our family. He was never pushy and always had a smile. A house, with a yard and a garage in our price range is not an easy find. He did it even in the crazy market.

I especially appreciate his attitude even when we decided to stop looking due to the high prices and the months and months of searching. Our price range was really the hardest thing to work with as we had a hard upper limit that really was not realistic, but patience paid off and we are so thankful to have had John working on our side.

John was great. We are in the house we fell in love with! He was always available when we called and helped us navigate all of the paperwork that goes with buying a home. He turned down the wrong street, saw a realtor removing an Open House sign, and pulled over. It was not on our list of houses to see. And now we've been here for over and year and it's been life changing
