About Richard Vartanian

My name is Richard Vartanian and I am an agent with JohnHart Real Estate, and also pursuing my bachelor’s degree at USC’s Marshall School of Business. I have always been interested in all aspects of Real Estate; from the construction to the design, to finding the perfect property. As an LA native, I have a substantial understanding of various cities throughout Southern California. For me, Real Estate is not just a transaction, it is one’s home, one’s business, and more importantly one’s dream. My goal is to establish and maintain a continuous relationship with my clients, whether they’re buying their first home, selling a property, or looking for an investment opportunity.
