Alex Vaiz noticed a big open space in the realty world when it came to LGBTQ+ representation. Thankfully, he’s got an equally big personality to fill it! As an openly gay realtor, Alex satisfies an understanding that’s felt like it’s been missing, approaching every challenge with an open heart, an unmatched drive, and a whole lot of commitment… not to mention some classic service with a smile!
Born and raised in Granada Hills, Alex can lead you to the best homes in the neighborhood and nearby Porter Ranch blindfolded. He spent years exploring those sun-kissed communities with his real estate-obsessed mother, a business-savvy inspiration who ran her own insurance company while earning her real estate license on the side. Realty became a bonding point between busy mother and son as she’d often bring Alex along to teach him about differences in architecture, quiz him in square footage and industry lingo, and walk him through the full process of buying and selling property. Her passion transferred to Alex where he infused her razor sharp expertise with his own vibrant, friendly, and contagiously confident style.
Today, he’s using his accumulated knowledge and romance for real estate to make clients’ dreams come true in the Valley and beyond, including Ventura County and Santa Barbara. He enjoys a vicarious thrill from helping people reach their real estate goals, especially those clients who may regard their dream homes as out-of-reach. Alex is the agent to remind you that often to achieve your goals, you need to simply reach out.
When not connecting clients with their dream homes, Alex enjoys catching up with friends, glamping with his boyfriend, touring the sites of Route 66, culinary experimentation, watching anime, playing video games, and listening to classical music (Chopin is his Britney).
