For as long as she can remember, Claudia Maldonado has had a passion for helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Serving her community since 2017 with honesty, professionalism, and bilingual accommodation, Claudia exhibits a profound understanding of local housing markets.

Claudia was born in Guatemala but moved to California at the age of 15. She obtained her teaching credentials from the University of La Verne and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona, majoring in Sociology and Spanish. She understands what it’s like to raise a family in Southern California, having two sons with her husband, who she considers her best friend. Claudia enjoys taking advantage of all LA has to offer: the theme parks, the beach, the abundant movie theaters. She also enjoys staying active with regular gym visits and travel. In her downtime, she likes to go shopping.
