About Henry Panah

Having spent 25 years as a fashion entrepreneur, he learned to evaluate every deal from a variety of perspectives including future potential in terms of design, construction, added value, and especially resale value. At this point, his meticulous assessment of details almost seems reflexive!

Henry grew up in neighborhoods around the Los Feliz and Glendale areas since he was five years old, accumulating a comprehensive knowledge of this sprawling city and its diverse housing market. Prior to fully immersing himself in his real estate career, he had his own clothing line which sold out of the retail boutiques he owned in four area malls as well as 200 stores across the nation. He even had his own showroom in downtown LA where he’d prepare for the various major fashion trade shows throughout the year.

While he’d always harbored an interest in flipping the occasional home, his true passion for real estate wasn’t incensed until around the 2007 housing market crash. At the time, Henry was feverishly bidding on behalf of investors at white knuckle property auctions, using his critical eye to secure them the properties with the most potential. Having flipped several homes himself and even built a few from the ground up, he could quickly gauge the costs associated with renovating specific properties. After witnessing his clients’ successful renovation of these properties for big profits, he decided he could best serve the housing market as a licensed real estate agent. Since 2012, he’s been bringing his talents to the negotiation table with stunning results.

When he sees the financial security that real investments bring to his clients’ lives, Henry recognizes he’s making a difference. To ensure that he’s always operating in his clients’ best interests, he makes time to hear their every goal while communicating each step of his process. His action-oriented approach remains personable, imbuing his clients with an unwavering confidence. When clients work with Henry, they’re also working with his burgeoning support team of experts. And all of his skills and resources are aligned to ensure his clients leave no money on the table.

Henry loves spending his free time with his son who he considers his ultimate gift and greatest accomplishment.
