Kim was by far the easiest and most comfortable person to work with. I've dealt with about 6 realtors prior to her on my quest to buy a home, and when I was recommended by a friend to have Kim represent me, I was immediately satisfied. Kim was very familiar with the Rosamond/Lancaster/Palmdale area and it showed because she wasn't afraid to let me know which neighborhoods were great for starting a family and which areas I should consider over others. From the very first phone call she made, reaching out to me to let her know that she would be my realtor, to the very last call she made to let me know I was officially a homeowner, Kim was very detailed and explained the entire home buying process to me, making sure I didn't miss any important information and to keep me aware of how things worked. I'm glad Kim went over every little step and walked me through this process because I thought I knew everything after 5 months of working with other agents already. Kim was also amazing at responding back to me whether it was via text, call, or email. In 100% complete honesty, she made me feel like I was the only client she had to work with, even though I knew she must've had at least a handful of other clients in her hands. I want to say about 97% of the time, if we scheduled an appointment for anything, we were able to come up with a set time and date almost immediately with almost no hassle or frustration to make deadlines meet. I made it a point from day one that I felt like I was in a little bit of a rush to buy a home due to an expecting newborn, and Kim handled my stressors with ease. Kim's negotiating skills were also above my standards. She was an amazing agent to work with because she understood my viewpoints and strategic approaches I wanted to take with offers and counteroffers being made on homes. And her organization skills were absolutely helpful to me as well. Kim has a program that assisted me with a visual timeline view of what to expect next in the process of buying a home, and when my deadlines were for payments or responses. I was so satisfied that she was this organized because without it, I would have worried even more, especially with me being so forgetful at times. She's got a great start to a long, happy career and life, and I can't wait to see her network expand.

She made our concerns and our worries all of hers. Before talking about how amazing Kim is, I will preface my review with my experience with the first agent I worked with. He was next to impossible to get a hold of, didn't really help me find anything within the guidelines I set (other than just setting up his automated search engine to send me listings every few days, which were far beyond the price range I had given him, etc.) and didn't make me feel at all like a valued client. I felt more like an irritation than a customer.

In stark contrast, "OMG" doesn't even come close to describing the experience we had with Kim. Kim truly sets the bar for how your agent should treat you. She was incredibly reliable, energetic and knowledgeable through every step of the usually long, difficult and frustrating process of buying a home. She made the entire process a breeze and was beyond a pleasure to work with. Anyone who consciously chooses not to work with her is doing themselves a disfavor. She makes you feel like you are her only client, and finding a perfect fit for you is just as important to her as it is to you. She is a fantastic communicator, and even when her answer was "I don't know" she quickly followed up with "... but I will find out for you" and expediently followed through. She was masterful at finding homes that were available, and found the home that we ended up purchasing.

In short, Kim outperformed her duty as an agent at every step and my family is eternally grateful to her for her service. She deserves more stars than Zillow allows me to give. We are glad to have found her!!!!
