About Dalia Berrios

Dalia Berrios prides herself on walking homebuyers and sellers through a transaction, carefully explaining each nuance and strategy to keep them fully informed. It’s a skill she picked up as the owner of her own busy auto body shop, guiding clients through their car claims following accidents. Over the years, she’s become adept at easing people through potentially stressful situations with empathy, compassion, and confidence-inspiring expertise. Dalia loves working in an industry where she can see the difference she’s making. She puts herself in her clients’ shoes, treating their goals as if they were her own with unwavering care and commitment.

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Dalia moved to North Hollywood in 2000. Today, she calls Porter Ranch home. Over the years, she and her husband invested in 6 properties, retaining 3 and selling the rest. This personal experience has given her vast knowledge in remodeling homes and creating generational wealth through investment; hands-on expertise that she happily shares with her clients.

Backed by a degree in Business, Dalia continues to happily oversee her auto body shop, considering homes and cars her twin passions. She cherishes time spent with her husband and two boys, getting in quality time while having fun offroading, riding motorcycles, jet skiing, you name it! Dalia also enjoys peace and solitude occasionally, whether diving into a great book or watching a movie.
