About Zenia Cadji

As a real Renaissance woman, Zenia Cadji tried on several hats before deciding real estate was her life’s purpose. Originally from Honduras in Central America, she’d already completed cosmetology school by the young age of 13. She had been working as a secretary when she moved to Los Angeles in 1989. She quickly learned English and obtained her GED from Van Nuys High School. Who knows where she’d have gone next had she not come across a film about the life of the late singer Jenni Rivera. She couldn’t help but relate to Rivera on a profound level. But one aspect of Rivera’s life that seemed new and fascinating to Zenia was Rivera’s career as a successful real estate agent, selling six homes in her first month. Zenia was officially inspired, so she fully devoted herself to obtaining her real estate license.

These days, Zenia brings her compassionate, trustworthy, and respectful style to making dreams come true in deep valley neighborhoods like Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Woodland Hills. With her naturally friendly personality, she adores the opportunity to meet so many new people and is honored to play a pivotal role in helping them attain their dreams. She works hard and listens closely, recognizing that active listening skills are integral in fully understanding her clients’ goals. She also takes the time to communicate her strategies so that no one is left in the dark.

When not working her magic in the valley, she enjoys trying new cuisine with her husband and friends, traveling near and far, losing herself in a great movie, and giving back to her community through volunteer work.
