Born and raised in Southern California, Kyle exhibits an expert opinion of the Greater Los Angeles area, but prefers to keep his focus local, serving neighborhoods across Northridge, Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Reseda, Winnetka, and Canoga Park. Immediately after graduating high school, he enrolled in San Diego State University to study marketing. But when the global pandemic put the world on hold, Kyle moved back home to help his family through the crisis and transferred to California State University Northridge in the process.

Family health issues required him to put his school work on hold for a semester, but this didn’t deter his pursuit of knowledge. It was at this point that he obtained his real estate license, returning to school as a practicing real estate agent. As of May 2023, Kyle also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, giving him an extra edge in the competitive housing market.
