Arsine Markarian, a proud agent of JohnHart Real Estate gained much knowledge of the Real Estate industry initially as a mortgage loan officer. She helped several clients review and verify their income, credit reports,employment histories, appraise property and title insurance information in preparing loan applications, and most importantly ensuring the timely, judicious and accurate opening and losing of mortgage loans. She also holds an Associate degree in advanced industrial accounting from Mojtame Fani. Over the years, she successfully built credibility through hard work, resilience, and discipline which has seen her collaborate with numerous financial institution and lenders such as Quicken Loan, Flagstar Bank, Homebridge, Caliber, Carrington, and Motive to mention a few. Ready for a new challenge, she received her real estate license and found her real passion.
As a Real Estate Broker, Arsine promotes the utilization of strategic marketing and customer engagement principles in improving customer care, general marketing, and accountability. More so, she has leveraged on the dynamism and management skills garnered while understudying her father, a builder by profession as well as her career experience as an account coordinator and public relations officer in developing a high level of leadership and professionalism. She has a proven record of directly impacting her client’s financial success and propelling smooth transactions by applying refined management, selling and negotiation talents. While aspiring to become a household name in the real estate industry and a notable loan originator, Arsine is intent on delivering exceptional service and establishing lifelong relationships with her highly valued clients. When she is not meeting with her clients, the former swimming and tennis instructor spends time reading and traveling across the United States alongside her daughter whom she holds in high regard.
