Isaac was raised in Los Angeles. With a family history consisting of decades of successful real estate developers across the country, Isaac learned the family business of developing real estate, as well as managing family-owned commercial properties at a young age. Isaac has bought, remodeled and resold numerous homes which have added to his vast real estate experience. His love of real estate and people led him to develop the Michalov Group.

Prior to focusing full-time on real estate, Isaac co-founded and was a key principal of Axis Entertainment, Inc., a Los Angeles-based motion picture financing company which was developed in 1998.

Isaac also joined Infinity Entertainment Group Inc. heading up the company’s theatrical motion picture and television departments.

During his 15-year career in the motion picture industry Isaac Michalov was a key player in the production, marketing and distribution of more than 20 films. Isaac’s reputation as a trailblazer, a visionary leader and an honorable financier is well-deserved.

A great passion that inspires Isaac is his participation in community service events. Having a close family member who has overcome breast cancer, his commitment to giving back and raising awareness to cancer-based….drive to fund-raise and volunteer to cancer-based, as well as other organizations, is without question a huge priority in his life. On holidays and many other “regular” days, you can often find Isaac serving at local food banks and homeless shelters. “The feeling I get when I serve is ten-fold to anything I give.”

With a record number of successfully completed sales transactions, Isaac has again proven himself as a modern day entrepreneur!
