The City of Lights burns brighter, as JohnHart Real Estate takes our talents to Las Vegas. We have opened our first location in the city that never sleeps. JohnHart Real Estate is expanding, we are crossing state lines for the first time in our history (a second location is under construction, and will open in Q2). Our road up to this point has been anything but easy, but our 10+ year journey is again taking an exciting new turn. As we open up a historic new chapter of our story, let us pause for a moment to reflect on how we got here.
Humble Beginnings
JohnHart Real Estate is currently home to 300+ agents, 78 staff, and more than 10 offices across the sprawling city of Los Angeles. However, many years ago this firm had just one agent and a dream. When our owner, founder, and CEO Harout Keuroghlian began the company, he understood the significance of a hard-working support system. Operating at maximum efficiency is only possible when the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. From day one, this company has been blessed with incredible support staff. Without their herculean efforts and sacrifices, JohnHart would not be where it is today. Expertly navigating the ups, downs, and everything in-between has been a team effort, and the team behind the scenes deserves all the credit in the world.
Giving Back to Our Community
Embedding ourselves into the many cities and communities of Los Angeles is at the core of what we do best. From our annual Toy Drives and charitable events such as Clap For a Cause to the Walk for a Cause and the Hands Off Challenge, we’ve raised more than $500,000. JohnHart hangs its collective hat on this effort, to give back to the community and make it better for all. For us, it goes beyond selling homes and finding forever homes for our buyers. We’ve worked hard to improve the many communities of Los Angeles, and we look forward to doing the same in Las Vegas.
Redefining, Again
Many years ago, we set out to Redefine Real Estate. We were tired of the same old, same old. The stale, outdated approach to real estate simply didn’t mesh with us. Our mission became clear: give our agents all the support they need to allow them to do what they do best. The backbone of this company, the lifeblood, quickly became apparent: our hard-working staff. These women and men go above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that our agents can be out in the field.
Behind the scenes, the staff at JohnHart consistently makes agents’ lives easier. Our team members do it all, from running comparable sales and preparing listing agreements, to taking eye-catching photos and developing websites and marketing collateral. Our goal is to off-load all the logistics of real estate to free up agents’ time. That way, they can fully serve their clients and focus their attention on fulfilling their clients’ wishes and desires. Our staff prides itself on a precise, detail-oriented approach that ultimately places our realtors firmly in the driver’s seat. We look forward to bringing that comprehensive style to Las Vegas and beyond.
The Takeover
As the JohnHart family grows, both in terms of agents + staff and in terms of offices and reach — we strive to remember our roots. Our essence, what got us here, is so crucial to our future development. In that vein, we aim to embed ourselves in the Las Vegas community. We want to become a staple of the City that Never Sleeps (sorry, New York). In fact, the city that never sleeps will soon be fully aware of the real estate professionals that never sleep. The JohnHart way is to endeavor to give back, to continue to redefine real estate, and to hold the real estate industry to a higher standard. From hiring strong, diligent agents, to expanding our innovative staff, our family will always rise to meet the occasion.
