New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady is selling his Brookline home for $39.5 million dollars. I’m not ashamed to say that I had to “Google” where Brookline is and come to find out; it’s in Massachusetts. The home measures 9,716 square feet, has five-bedrooms and sits on 5 acres next to Brookline’s extremely exclusive Country Club.
This post isn’t about Tom Brady, Gisele, their home or the city of Brookline…. this post is about you and I, the average human beings that could only dream of living in a home this expensive, a home that is selling for almost $40 million dollars!! As usual, my mind has gotten the best of me, I immediately started to think where I would live if I had a budget this big. My initial thought was, I would live in a place that no-one had to “Google” where it was; second thought was, I’m definitely living in a city that has beautiful weather 365 days out of the year. Finally, would my home be in the city, country or by the beach? After five grueling seconds of thinking about it, the beach was the clear cut favorite. I would like to pose the same question to you, where would you live? I’m going to help you out and give you three choices, they are all in the same price range. Choice #1 is Tom Brady’s home in The Country.
Choice #2 – Malibu, CA ( The Beach )
Choice #3 – Manhattan, NY ( The City )

I get the country offers more privacy and probably a bigger house and piece of land. But there’s something to be said about the sound of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.
