Ryan Seacrest & Julianne Hough sold his $11 million mansion for a half million dollar loss.
The home formerly owned by Kevin Costner and Richard Dreyfuss was purchased by Ryan Seacrest in 2006 for $11,500,000. Seacrest was originally asking for $14.950,000 in 2010 but it ended up selling for $500k less than his original asking price.
The 10,000 square foot Mediterranean villa features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a pool, spa, tennis court, library, billiards room with bar, a private wine cellar, and gym. It also has a detached private nightclub with three guest homes on nearly an acre of hilltop property in the Hollywood Hills.
