Taylor Swift purchased a 7 bedroom oceanfront estate for $5,000,000 this week next door to the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts.
Reports that Taylor Swift is dating 18 year old Conor Kennedy (son of RFK Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy) is reason that she bought the Cape Cod home… although he hasn’t even yet graduated from high school.
The home was built in 1928, features 7 bedrooms, oceanfront view with private beach access, exposed wood beams and spiral staircase. The home was originally listed in 2010 for $13,500,000 and that price has whittled away every year until Swift picked it up at a fantastic price.
Her real estate portfolio is really adding up since she already owns properties in Nashville and Beverly Hills.
