After a year of living in his new penthouse and getting loads of complaints from neighbors, Chris Brown is moving out of his West Hollywood condo.
The “singer” apparently liked to park in handicap parking spots, played loud music and raced dogs up and down his hallway at all hours of the night…. but really who’s going to ask him to stop doing that to his face?
