Diane Keaton’s home is back on the market for $10.98 million, just a year ago the property was listed for almost $13 million.  She had purchased the 1920s-built home in 2007.  One of the unique features of this property is that it has an interior courtyard which is surrounded by archways.  The property also has interior rooms with vaulted dark wood ceilings, a beautiful yard with a pool that is lined with olive trees.

Some realtors believe the home is overpriced, but who knows maybe the unique features and design by architect Ralph Flewelling, who also designed the Beverly Hills fountain will make the house more appealing to buyers.

Evan Williams, co-founder of Twitter, has also listed his penthouse loft on the market.  The listing price is $1.25 million.  He and his wife purchased the San Francisco loft in 2006 for $1.5 million. Williams had recently made a post advertising his property on a blogging service he owned called Blogger, which he sold to Google in 2003.

The penthouse has 11 foot ceilings, two bedrooms, two baths, a remodeled kitchen, a 2-car garage and has amazing views from their private patio.

Philanthropist Carroll Petrie’s home is up for sale.  The home is 6,700 square feet, has 12-foot ceilings, marble and wood floors, a total of five bedrooms and six baths.  She had purchased the home for $7.45 million in 2008, and is now on the market for $10.6 million.  Since she had purchased the home, she had made some changes and improvements.
