3 KEYs to Real Estate Success You Need to Know About!

The key to Real Estate success is using the right tool for the job!

Most of us know that the key to a successful listing is in its presentation.  Now in order to have a successful presentation you must first gain access to your listing and that is where these next three key points will stress.  There are a few different approaches available on the market to secure/grant access to your listings and depending on your listing types there is an appropriate solution.

Supra ActiveKEY:  One of the first lockbox technologies developed by Real Estate Professionals for Real Estate Professionals.  The ActiveKEY system provides Dedicated Lockbox Wireless Key Access (for use when listing a private home where the owners are still occupying the residence).  The key works by staying in constant contact with Supra Systems via a cellular link in order to provide secure access to each listing that it’s installed on.

The ActiveKey remote has an auto-off feature to save power and if you happen to leave the cellular network for more than 24 hrs the key will disable itself automatically.  Once you are within range of a network the key will automatically sync with the network and update all of the keys.

Supra eKEY:  An evolution of the Supra ActiveKEY technology that provides Remote Key Access for Real Estate Professionals (also used for listings of private homes when they are still being occupied).  This key works by moving the key storage and updates to your mobile device.  The result essentially turns your mobile device into a key fob with the addition of an IR/RFID transmitter.

The slim keychain IR/RFID fob eliminates the need to carry another handheld device that you must remember to keep charged.  The eKEY app is free to download to your device and provides a user-friendly interface to program and view access activity as well as alert notifications from your other listing lock boxes.

Call-A-KEY:  The latest technology to hit the market is a Dedicated Electronic Lock hosted by a call center which is open to the public (designed to meet the need to grant instant access to vacant homes).  The electronic lock is simply installed on each property listing and comes with signage indicating instant access and a phone number to the call center along with a property listing code.  When a prospective buyer calls in their identities are verified by answering a series of security questions.  Once the buyer is granted access into the property the call center agent remains on the line to give them a tour of the property.  All of the information gathered at the time of the showing is instantly transmitted to your mobile device via email.  Having full access to the call database gives you the ability to manage leads that you would not have otherwise been able to capture.  With instant access to your listings you can save not only your time but your potential buyers as well.

In conclusion, depending on your situation one of these solutions will prove to be more beneficial than another.  In today’s market with so many foreclosures hitting the market granting instant access to impulse buyers just may prove to be a new trend.

Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?
I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having
a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most
blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I truly appreciate your efforts and I
will be waiting for your next write ups thank you once again.

Wonderful website you have here but I was curious if you knew of any message boards that
cover the same topics discussed here? I’d really love
to be a part of community where I can get suggestions from other experienced individuals that share the same interest.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks a lot!
