At the start of Q2, we had a meeting with all our realtors and we made a pledge to ourselves, to our craft and to our purpose. We set out to be Disciplined and Committed in whatever we did, both life and business, to ensure we took action for creating success – not just waiting until it fell into our lap.
The names on the Top 25 list are the folks who took action. They stayed true to their commitments, dedicated the time and energy and made it happen. They were concerned, not just with their listing and escrow goals, but by truly impacting their clients by giving them top notch service.
Being a JohnHart realtor means you are more than a real estate agent. You are someone who cares about your network, your professional contacts, your past and current clients and you are a badass!
Q1 and Q2 are in the past, which means half the year is done, but the most exciting times are yet to come! Q3 is the start of the summer season – the hottest time in real estate and we can’t wait to see what each and every one of you have in store! If you’re not on this list, use it as motivation to step up and compete against yourself. You can and will get there!
