Amidst a troubled marriage (to rock star Pete Wentz) and a career going nowhere fast, Ashlee Simpson, has decided that she is going to sell her Beverly Hills Mansion. Originally Purchased for $4.5M in 2007, the mansion is comprised of 7,100 SqFt. of living space on a star studded street in the Hills of Beverly. With 5 Bedrooms and 6 1/2 Baths, the Simpson-Wentz’s home was previously listed in 2010, but was pulled after it received no consideration from the market. Now listed at $3.69M, Ashlee is looking at a loss of over $800k, not including commissions.
While the previous owner was the esteemed comedian Rita Rudner, Ms. Simpson is not laughing about the loss she is about to incur. Maybe she will seek solace in the Zen Garden Courtyard, one of the many amenities of this luxurious palace!
