About Jason Troshinsky

As JohnHart Real Estate’s Head of Talent Acquisition, Jason Troshinsky is responsible for formulating growth strategies as well as sourcing and staffing top talent with a burning passion to redefine an industry. Efficiently using his critical insight and intricate knowledge of the market, he thoroughly advises candidates and clients alike on career opportunities which can help grow their business. During his storied career in talent acquisition, he has deftly filled a full spectrum of positions, from entry level to upper management, although his primary focus has been commercial real estate investment sales agents.
While Jason gained extensive knowledge and experience in various media sales roles for 11 years, he then transitioned his career to recruiting in 2011 which has found him serving a diverse range of industries including bio-pharmaceutical/life science and commercial real estate. Most recently, he oversaw the Eastern US/Canada recruiting operations at a top producing publicly traded commercial real estate firm, Marcus & Millichap, that boasts over 2,000 agents and 80 offices. In this demanding role, Jason worked closely with senior leadership, division and district managers, local hiring managers, and specialty division leaders to formulate comprehensive growth strategies that bolstered their operations on every level.
Artfully merging a myriad of talents and skills including business development, project management, sales, research and market intelligence, Jason applies these assets to his vast knowledge of the inner workings of large, global organizations. Rounded out by his personability, he excels at communicating and connecting with a diverse range of talented individuals, identifying not just their strengths but how they fit into the company dynamic and culture.
When not reinforcing JohnHart through artful acquisition, Jason cherishes each moment spent in the company of his wife and two sons. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf, catching a Philadelphia Eagles game, and traveling…especially when he can relax with a glass of fine wine or scotch at the end of the day. Jason graduated from the University of Arizona with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
