Magnolia was born and raised deep in the heart of Texas, eventually going on to earn her degree in Sociology from the University of Texas in Austin. She feels fortunate that her “work hard, play harder” mentality earned her opportunities to reside on every U.S. coast (including Puerto Rico) while absorbing myriad cultures. And with those diverse cultures came equally diverse housing markets, sparking Magnolia’s curiosity and creativity. In 2017, Magnolia moved to Palm Springs where her love affair with real estate continues.
