About Nancy Marie Ruiz

An honest and hardworking Agent Liaison that always has the clients’ best interests in mind, Nancy-Marie is excited to join JohnHart and be “a part of a company that feels like family.” Getting an early start in real estate at the age of 18, she has worked alongside top producing agents throughout her career as an operations manager, a transaction coordinator, a listing coordinator, and an offer specialist. She became licensed in 2016, is a certified negotiations expert, and is multilingual: she is fluent in English, Spanish, and ASL. Nancy-Marie has gained plenty of real estate industry know-how, thanks to her vast experience, and finds joy in helping agents succeed. When she isn’t working, Nancy-Marie enjoys personal development, dancing, going to Disneyland, and spending time with her Great Dane, Naya!
