Propelled by a passion for helping others, Joshua Lizama has built a reputation for putting clients first in his decade of service in the real estate industry. Generous with both his time and energy, he’s never fulfilled until he reaches the finish line of a transaction knowing that he did everything possible to help his clients, a hallmark that heavily factors in client satisfaction. Over the years, he’s specialized in concurrent closings, interstate transactions, and assisting military families with their real estate aspirations.

Joshua grew up in Los Angeles, getting his start in finance while working for a prominent bank in Downtown LA. His bedside manner and thirst for knowledge made him a natural when he later moved to the Antelope Valley and attended Antelope Valley Nursing School. But real estate connections he’d made while working in finance finally convinced him to pursue a career in real estate and Joshua hasn’t looked back since. Today, he brings his caring, authentic approach to serving LA and its surrounding areas.

A true family man, Joshua loves spending time with his wife and 4 daughters. Together, they enjoy family trips to the beach and learning about different cultures from around the world.
