About Telva Flores

First time home buyers' fears seem to fade away within moments of meeting Telva Flores. Her immediately nurturing approach and patience when teaching others about the nuances of buying and selling homes helps to build her client base while she enjoys the benefits of doing what she loves every day: helping others achieve their real estate dreams.

Though born in Jalisco, Mexico, Telva grew up in the San Fernando Valley with her 5 siblings, quickly absorbing the area’s community spirit. She graduated from California State University Northridge with her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. It was while helping her sister with open houses that she realized how naturally her talents suited assisting others with their real estate goals. So she quickly obtained her real estate license and hasn’t looked back.

Telva loves staying active by immersing herself in nature while exercising, running, hiking, or engaging in mud runs. She also enjoys relaxing at home with some hot chocolate and a movie. But she adores nothing more than moments spent in the company of her family. She considers her children her life and works hard for their benefit.
