About Nona Ayrapetyan

Throughout her life, Nona Ayrapetyan has used her hard work ethic to help people in any way she could. It’s why she spent years working as a school nurse and why, these days, she’s built a reputation for being such a committed real estate agent. She loves constantly shifting landscape of real estate, finding her passion in the thrill of negotiation and the satisfaction of crafting an artful strategy that secures success for her clients. With full transparency, impeccable communication, and meticulous attention to detail, she continues to build her list of repeat clients with each new hand she shakes.

Nona was born in Armenia, but moved to the United States at age 3. She demonstrated an insatiable thirst for knowledge that propelled her through Sacramento State University where she earned her degree in Psychology. She’d go on to obtain her nursing degree and pharmacy technician’s license, blending her love for education with her need to help others. Today, that need manifests in her mission to elevate clients to their real estate dreams.

Prioritizing God and family, Nona cherishes time spent with her loved ones or in worship. She satisfies her naturally adventurous spirit by traveling when she can, exploring the great outdoors, and trying new things.
