About Arsen Grigoryan

Arsen Grigoryan believes that relationships with people are worth more than any commission. In fact, it was his relationships that inspired his real estate journey. After personally buying and selling a number of homes with great success, his friends began to ask his help in finding properties. So, Arsen decided to make things official and obtain his real estate license. Prior to this, he’d gotten his start in the industry by subleasing properties before moving on to his own short-term rental business. Since obtaining his license, he’s been using his knack for seeing a home’s current and future potential to help people across Los Angeles. His secret? He looks at every property as if he were going to invest in it himself.

Arsen grew up in the Armenian village of Bjni. A hard-worker, he obtained a master’s degree in the Faculty of Law for the police academy. In 2016, he moved to the United States where he’s resided ever since. He enjoys spending his free moments having fun with family and friends.
