About Cavasi King

With her easy going personality and knack for getting to the heart of a client’s goals, Cavasi King is making dreams come true across Southern California. She uses her active listening skills to fully comprehend her clients’ diverse wants and needs before applying customized strategy augmented with her refreshingly energetic, compassionate, and dedicated approach.

Splitting her time between Denver and Chicago growing up, Cavasi watched her uncle, an avid property investor, as he purchased, renovated, and sold countless properties. It wasn’t until she got a little older that she grasped the full value and significance of the work her uncle was doing. Most of Cavasi’s family were not homeowners, and she yearned for a different kind of life for herself. So, she took a page out of her uncle’s book and passionately threw herself into learning all she could about real estate. In 2011, she made the move to San Diego before eventually turning her focus to Los Angeles in 2013. Since then, she’s been serving the Greater Los Angeles area with confidence, charisma, and her steadily accumulated market knowledge and experience.

Cavasi recognizes that everyone needs real estate and cherishes her role in connecting with her community through such a vital, yet personal experience. But she’s also fascinated by the idea of real estate as a tangible need with such emotional weight. She loves introducing her clients to land where they can build, grow their own food, or explore the seemingly limitless possibilities afforded through real estate investment.

When not helping dreams come true across LA, Cavasi focuses on interests that keep her mind, body, and spirit nourished including traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking, meditating, working out, practicing yoga, making fresh juice, and hiking.
