About Gigs Ziraki

Gigs Ziraki has always had a talent for trading, dating back to when he was just a boy buying and selling toys around his Tujunga neighborhood. These days, the toys are a bit bigger, but the goal-oriented, hardworking style is still the same. Gigs bought and sold his first home at the young age of 26 and never looked back. With his thorough communication skills and fluency in both English and Armenian, he’s making both residential and commercial property goals into realities all across the Greater Los Angeles area.

A Tujunga native, Gigs earned degrees in mathematics and science from the Universal Technical Institute before entering a busy career in the automotive industry. Incorporating his gift for sales, he’d bought, repaired, and sold over 20 cars by the age of 21 and over 35 motorcycles in a single year at age 26!

Though he was surpassing his own goals in the automotive industry, his love of meeting new people, providing support, and forming lifelong relationships felt lacking, so his thoughts turned more and more to a career in real estate. With his trademark determination, Gigs attended a course in California real estate and handily obtained his license. He recognizes that real estate is not “one size fits all”, so he tailor fits his exceptional service to each client while consistently providing positivity and authentic care. Gigs always listens carefully to his clients’ unique goals, representing their interests with a true go-getter spirit.

In his free time, Gigs enjoys investing in himself in a variety of ways. He still harbors a burning passion for cars, spending countless hours in the garage working on his race car. He also takes any opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, whether he’s fishing, camping, or riding dirt bikes.
