About Tanya Rincon

I began working with my uncle at a restaurant at the age of 13. I learned how to be independent, responsible and charismatic but most importantly, I learned that one of the best ways to make a business successful is giving customers a pleasurable experience. Working became fun for me and sharpening my customer service skills at a young age made my days pleasant filled with happy customers. Since then, I have taken on challenging roles such as: an administrative assistant, helping start and run a small business and a financial educator - helping families on everything they need to know about the financial Industry from getting out of debt and making a plan to save up for a first home purchase, to securing their families future in case of emergencies.
Having recently moved to Palmdale, I am ecstatic that JohnHart has welcomed me into their growing family with open arms. I'm enjoying learning about and being part of such a successful company. It makes me happy knowing that I head to work each day for a company that stands behind admirable values and principles.
