Whether a buyer changes their mind or a seller decides to wait to sell, keep in touch. When a decision is made to list their house or buy another investment property, you will get the call before any other Tom, Dick or Harry, because YOU didn’t lose contact with them. Send an email, share a real estate update or go to lunch; you have nothing to lose but only a sale to gain.
