As of roughly a month ago JohnHart has been given the honor of being called a “Chase Bank Priority Partner”. The priority partner program is a formal relationship between the lender and us, in which we are provided an extra layer of service above and beyond that provided to the average short sale agent.
Why us? Well, unlike relationships between REO agents and asset managers, this relationship is based on that fact that we have been identified as a major provider of short sale help in Los Angeles, and the rest of California. I know this may sound like we are “tooting our own horn”, but the reality is that we have short sold almost $20,000,000.00 worth Chase properties in over 43 cities across California. If you do the math you will realize that this being only one of a dozen banks we work with means that we do have quite a share of the market when it comes to short sales.
As a priority partner we are allowed a whole host of tools that allow us to more effectively complete our short sales. Everything from direct contact to our Single Point Of Contact on all files, to special a escalation team to deal with extraordinary situations, is provide to us as a priority partner.
All of these tools are in place to help us help homeowners. Our clients foreclosure sale dates are monitored closely, AND we even have a specific hotline for Homeowners that are facing foreclosure with Chase (877-483-5553).
Given that we are preferred for short sale assistance, if you are a Chase customer and are in default you will probably notice our name and the 877-483-5553 number on direct mailers being sent to you from the bank. Currently Chase is running a relocation assistance program which entitles homeowners up to $45,000.00 for completing a short sale, so be sure to contact us for more details about how we can get you qualified (BTW we are really good at getting our clients this money, we currently have gotten our clients over $350,000.00 in relocation funds).
