Alicia Keyes and hubby Swizz Beats have decided that after two years of living in their Crosby Street penthouse to flip it at a listing price of $17.95 million.
It was originally purchased from rocker Lenny Kravitz for $12.5 million and was also once rented by Denzel Washington and Nicole Kidman.
According to the holder of the listing, Sotheby’s International, the pad features 6,167 square feet connected by a floating staircase with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 4 powder rooms, and an enormous state-of-the-art, windowed, gourmet eat-in kitchen with butler’s pantry. Another formal dining area is encased in a glass solarium. There’s also 3,000 square feet of terraces, large living room with fireplace, library room, private master suite that comes complete with a spa and private terrace.
