She’s amassed significant experience in mediation, mortgage loans, escrow, realty sales, and even landlord/tenant relations as a property manager. Born and raised in Long Beach, Veronica’s career path began to pivot in the direction of real estate when she received her mediator’s certification at UCLA. In 2008, she took the full plunge and obtained her real estate license which was just renewed in 2021. Veronica has enjoyed connecting people with the things that they love for as long as she can remember. It led her down many career paths, but the ultimate conclusion was that no material object made people as happy as finding their dream home.

After getting out of property management during the midst of the market crash, Veronica used her discerning background in financing to recognize the pure potential of Kern County. With so many small communities combining to form one rapidly developing collective, the potential seemed limitless. Today, she’s well known in the area with over 40% of her business coming from referrals. Veronica spends most of her free time doing what she’s done her whole life: giving back to her community through volunteer work. She donated her time and energy for several years at Shelter on the Hill in Frazier Park where she worked almost exclusively with their feline guests. These days, she happily volunteers her talents as a mediator for the Family Resource Center at Frazier Park, a non-profit serving communities around Kern County. She also volunteers at a local ranch, happily taking on the dirty work for the fresh air and sunshine.
