About Katrina Yanez
Katrina Yanez always recognized the unique importance of a happy home. But becoming the mother of two beautiful children amplified that importance to a whole new level. She’d already been working successfully as a detail-oriented asset at a reputable mortgage company, but the birth of her first child spurred her on to pursue her real estate license. Today, she’s using her accumulated expertise and empathetic passion to help clients seal some of the most important deals of their lives.
Having grown up in Chino, Katrina holds a deep love and understanding for Orange County, the Inland Empire, and the Greater Los Angeles area. She uses her time-honored prowess to bring the best value to her community as she works these areas with a native savvy paired with razor sharp strategy. After making sure that all of her friends and family found their dream homes, she moved into helping the community around her. She loves that with each client she helps, her extended family grows.
