About Nicole Mailhot

Nicole Mailhot is a real estate agent with JohnHart and is one of the four proud team members that make up the Padilla Group at the Northridge office. In addition, Nicole is a cofounder of the family owned company LuCaseyHomes based in Burbank, a real estate residential redevelopment company known for their benevolent work with struggling homeowners.

Nicole aims to incorporate investment ventures as a way to provide her clients with the opportunity to custom design their very own dream home in their desired neighborhood. By combining the two biggest elements of real estate transactions, homeowners and investors, Nicole has strategically created a way to make this luxurious option attainable and available for medium to low income households.
