A natural Californian, Lolita grew up in the San Fernando Valley but has been calling the Palmdale area home since 2006. While working in the mortgage industry, a career she’s held for over 30 years, Lolita was urged by an established real estate agent to pursue her license which she obtained in 2003. Her clients benefit from her storied experience as a Sr. Mortgage Underwriter and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO), in addition to her nearly two decades of service as a realtor, helping them achieve their goals in neighborhoods across Palmdale, Lancaster, and Rosamond. She maintains a tight focus on the delivery of great sales while cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with clients, brokers, vendors, and investors.
