Wendy Sanjur joins JohnHart with over 15 years of real estate experience. From Arizona to California, Wendy’s patient and compassionate approach to realty has helped countless clients achieve their goals. She’s careful to walk each of her clients through every step of a transaction so there are never any lingering questions. Combined with her outgoing personality, unwavering persistence, and contagious sense of cheer, Wendy’s experienced and empathetic approach to realty has earned her the esteem of her community.

While Wendy grew up in Panama, her real estate story starts in Phoenix, Arizona. She’d already earned her degree in Business Administration and was adoring motherhood with her second child on the way. But then she found herself in a situation sadly all-too-familiar for mothers. She wanted to be there for her children, but didn’t want to give up a fulfilling career. The solution came to her in the form of a career in real estate that would allow her to work at her own pace while raising her children. For a while, she even balanced realty with her own home care agency while she raised her four children!

She’d returned to full-time work as a realtor when she made the move from Phoenix to Los Angeles in 2008. Today, she adores every opportunity to help a client reach a new level of financial freedom they never imagined possible. Her job also gives her the added bonus of meeting new people from wildly different backgrounds. In her free time, she loves to spend quality time with her children and pets. She also never passes up the opportunity to do a bit of traveling or to get out into nature with a vigorous hike.
