The home that’s for sale was purchased in 1998 for $1.695 million and is now listed for $2.895 million. It features 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with brass fixtures and is considered as “traditional”… probably because it has some tacky wallpaper borders and carpeting throughout.
Right across the street is the more modern rental that sits on the shore of Toluca Lake. You can rent this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home for $12,500 a month. It features a private pool with spa and a lakefront dock. Jennifer is even optioning in the use of her power boat to the renter!
