 On behalf of JohnHart Real Estate I wanted to take a second and thank all of you who over the past couple years have enabled us to help hundreds of homeowners avoid foreclosure!

During these trying times there are millions of homeowners across the nation that are struggling to make their mortgage payment on properties that are not worth what is owed on them.  While the government has created various programs, to assist distressed homeowners, few if any of them are worthwhile.  In fact if you ask any one in the industry they will agree that modifications are really a thing of the past, and that the review process currently is nothing more than a perpetual let down that leads to foreclosure. For one reason or another short sales are often overlooked as a viable option for distressed homeowners, but we have proved that it really is the best option for homeowners that need help.

While the number in the image above seems absurdly large, rest assured it is 100% accurate.  We have successfully negotiated $87,164,957.44 worth of bad mortgages through short sales, and as a result hundreds of homeowners are now deficiency, delinquency, and bad debt free!
