JohnHart Real Estate has been a godsend to my family. After my father passed away, we inherited properties that were upside down to the extreme and causing us severe financial hardship to continue owning. Enter Harout and Henry at JohnHart Real Estate, who handled two short sales for us in a very professional and ethical manner. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is tearing their hair out over what to do with their upside down property. JohnHart is highly experienced and competent at what they do. I believe Harout's backbone is made of solid steel. Everybody should have a bulldog like him in their corner. No matter how often we had questions, he always made himself available to us, patiently and kindly listening and addressing them, finishing by welcoming us to call him anytime with any further concerns (and he means it!).

By trusting Harout and following his sound, business minded advice, we have been rewarded with successful short sales as well as a significant sum of $$$ that we were not expecting, thanks to their expertise and powerful negotiating ability. My family is incredibly grateful to JohnHart for all that they have done to complete these short sales for us, all the while providing us with an amazingly stress-free experience. I RARELY GIVE 5 STARS. Look at my history and you will see I COVET 5 star ratings.

I am so grateful when I have the opportunity to do a 5 star. YEA ! ! ! I was selling a property that had dramatically lost value and had last minute complications, However, between Harout ( who pulled off a miracle AND a rabbit out of his hat ) and Maral who processed and negotiated, I was able to sell this property and I even walked away with some cash ! Let me say that again. I owed more to the bank than the property was worth and they were able to get me cash from the deal.

I am still waiting for the final check from the bank but already received a small part of my procedes. I will update this review once it is received.. The staff at John Hart was incredible.

Sona is a queen. Misan is great and Harout and Maral are magicians. This was a very VERY difficult sale for me and yet it worked out OK.

One of the girls, a professional who multitasks, ( Sona) said something to me that made a monster shift in my entire approach to what I am doing after this sale.

So a RARE RARE RARE 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

UPDATE: I received the final check and the bank was dragging their feet to get it to me. Once again Harout called relentlessly to the bank and got my check in full. Bear in mind he did this AFTER the sale was cosed. I maintain my 5 star rating.

After the experience I had with everyone one including my first meeting with the CEO Harout I would like to share how satisfied i am with their hard work, professionalism, and dedication. Harout took his time to meet with me and explain to me the process of the short sale of my property. I felt relieved and confident that his staff will assist me in selling my property. This is my first Yelp review...and the first time that I've felt compelled to give one.

I was behind about 1 year on my mortgage and in mid September I received a letter from John Hart saying that my property had a foreclosure data of 10/18/2018. I had resigned myself to letting my property go into foreclosure, but now with the actual date looming, I decided I'd see if I could get approved for a short sale instead. They led me through every step of the process...there was quite a bit of paperwork to complete in the first week or so but it turned out to be well worth it....they got the foreclosure date postponed and then they closed the short sale on Nov. 2, only 6 weeks after I'd received their letter! One thing that may have sped the process was the fact that I had a renter in my property who ended up buying it, but even without that I'm confident they would have had my place sold in early November. I highly, highly recommend them if you think your only alternative is foreclosure.
