Susan Gasparyan earned a bachelor degree in Economy, while still living in Armenia. She then moved to the United States, continued with her education & earned her business degree. She got her Real Estate license in 2004 & found her passion of making her clients happy by instilling in them the confidence that she will assist them in realizing their dreams. Aside from knowledge and professionalism, what I loved about Susan is that she is very honest and importantly caring. I looked at many properties with her and she never pushed me, never pushed sales, there were even times when she herself noticed issues with the property that I wouldn't even notice myself and buy it. It wasn't all about sales for her, it was doing the right thing for her client, making them happy with their choice and building long lasting relationships for their future needs. Susan was always on top of her job. I've bought 4 homes in the past and dealt with numerous realtors. There are so many careless realtors out there that you have to ask them, bug them to show you something. I never had this issue with her, she was always there when I needed, she would always work hard, she would always find time, she would always promptly respond to my calls/texts.
