Gladys De La Cruz is very ambitious, hard working, and a go getter. She started her career as a trainer for the customer service representatives at Medtronic, (a developer and manufacturer of innovative medical device technology and therapies to treat chronic diseases worldwide) which gave her the experience to perfect her ability to interact well with different personalities.

She has also worked as a team lead supervisor at Shield Healthcare where she was the “go-to” person for all escalated issues. It was in this position that she learned to really think on her toes, and take command of any situation. These experiences have become instrumental in Gladys’ career, and they have contributed to much her success in the real estate industry.

Gladys comes to JohnHart Real Estate with experience in the real estate industry for over 11 years. She started as a receptionist and worked her way up to a transaction coordinator when she discovered her passion for real estate. It was then that she decided to pursue her license and became a realtor. She loves working in this industry, and takes enjoyment in helping her clients find their dream homes.

She loves what she does, and continues to perfect her abilities every day.
